Delivery & Shipping

At Borek Parasols | Outdoor Furniture, we ensure the safe and careful delivery of your order. Depending on the type of product and the destination, we use PostNL or our own delivery service.

Delivery via PostNL

For smaller orders, we work with PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail, which you can use to easily track your shipment. Your order will be delivered to the address you provided. If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, PostNL will try again at a later time. After a second failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned.

Delivery via our own delivery service

For larger or fragile products, we deliver via our own delivery service. In that case, we will contact you personally to arrange a delivery time. You will not receive a Track & Trace code, but we will clearly agree with you when the delivery will take place. If you are not present, we will discuss in advance what will happen — for example, delivery to your neighbours or return to our depot.

Collect from store

Would you prefer to collect your order yourself? Then select 'collect in store' when placing your order. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready.
